“ One of the best fusion Korean I have had! Using high quality steak and infusing with different Korean style cuisine, it brings out the tenderness and flavors of steak that normal Korean BBQ would overpower with different sauces. The fusion offers cross flavor and sampling of different types of steak, and finishing off with the rich and flavorful bone marrow rice was a perfect ending! The drink matching with unique cocktails such as jinseng infused alcohol is also really on theme and goes great with the food ! Highly recommended for steak lovers! ”

“ Definitely come here for high quality Korean bbq. Food here was top-tier and service was soo friendly and helpful. Oysters and beef tartare was so fresh and flavourful We tried the mocktail ‘Oldie’ and it was smooth and sophisticated. Definitely recommend The beef was marbled beautifully with a high quality taste. It ended on a great note with their makgeolli (rice wine) and ginseng ice cream. I expected the ginseng to be bitter but it was balanced with bits of sweet orange tea. ”

“ Trying out this relatively new Korean steakhouse restaurant. Given the recent proliferation of K BBQ, this restaurant (especially given its location) tries to differentiate itself with more expensive cuts of meat and dry aged meat. The price point is high and the menu items are not so unique that make you feel like you are paying for fine dining food. However, I am willing to revisit this restaurant because it certainly did something right: 1. The waiters were very generous with banchan (all were pretty delicious) as a proper Korean restaurant should. 2. The 180g Denver Steak, was cooked to perfection by the waiter ! Cannot fault the grilling. 3. Jeju Pork Belly was also cooked well with a unique chilli sauce 4. The waiters were willing to help us separate the bibimbap / pancake / soup in four equal portions with a smile Overall, the service made the overall impression great and the food (especially the raw meat) were well cooked / respected. Would recommend a visit for sure ”

“ I was really looking forward to dinning at JJJ as they serve Hanwoo which is not easy to find outside of Korea. The quality of Hanwoo offered was just ok though. The flank was however quite flavorful. ”

“ ** 2023.04.22 - JJJ Steakhouse & Bar ????????Hong Kong Average expense pp: HKD$500-600+ Address: JJJ Korean Steakhouse & Bar, Shop 3, G/F, The Centrium, Central As big Korean food fans, we were delighted to discover JJJ steakhouse! They have an extremely broad menu and we decided to go for the 4 course set brunch. There was a very unique fusion twist to some of the selection, and we definitely left with our palette satisfied and tummy full! P.S. for big drinkers, the restaurant offers free flow drinks for a rather good for value cost considering their selection! FIRST COURSE We went for the HOUSE SALAD & QUESADILLA for our starters. The salad had a nice citrusy dressing while the lotus root added that bit of crunch and texture. The quesadilla was extremely appetising with generous portions of dry aged beef! SECOND COURSE Here, we opted for the TEOKBOKKI BOLOGNESE, and DOENJANG JIGAE. The rice cakes were chewy while the bolognese sauce reminded of a homely pasta throughout. Great for non spicy food eaters! The delicious anchovy broth stew complemented the heavier rice cakes well, and we finished both dishes in no time! THIRD COURSE For mains, we got the the SPICY OCTOPUS and the 45 DAYS AGED RIBEYE STEAK. Octopus is a delicate protein to prepare, and it was nice to be served with a chewy (and not rubbery) stir fried with a thick gochujang sauce. For the steak, we opted for medium rare and were definitely not disappointed. I am a steak lover and it is just so gratifying to see a well seared exterior and a rosy pink inside. The steak was well seasoned and really, no sauce or dressing were needed! FORTH COURSE At this point, we were in food coma heaven already. But like the myth goes, dessert goes to a different stomach! We opted to share a serving of GINSENG ICE CREAM which we walloped up immediately! The ice cream had good texture and a unique blend of sweetness with a tinge of signature ginseng bitterness. ** ”

“ I came here with my family for dinner and the food and service did not disappoint. The concept is a great cross over between a steakhouse and Korean restaurant, and the food high quality and flavours impressive. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone in to each dish. Would highly recommend! ”
